From your window on a Canada coast to coast train journey, you can watch as marine landscapes transform into the mountainous terrain of the Rocky Mountains. Next, journey across grassy plains and barren tundra, through dense forests and past glassy lakes. Keep an eye out for some of the native wildlife during your Trans Canadian railway journey too, such as grizzly bears, caribou and wolverines.
Cities in Canada are very cosmopolitan, especially Toronto, and you can see evidence of its multicultural society in the gastronomy and architecture.
